The Voiceless Justice Act movement continues to grow because survivors everywhere are realizing they were never “crazy.” They were surviving Narcissistic Psychological Warfare.

We are now approaching 9,000 signatures on the Voiceless Justice Act petition, and our goal is 10,000 signatures by the end of this month. What started as one voice refusing to stay silent has become a growing movement of survivors, advocates, families, professionals, and supporters demanding recognition, accountability, and change.

This is bigger than a petition. This is about changing the language surrounding psychological abuse so systems can no longer dismiss the reality of what millions of people have endured.

For too long, narcissistic abuse has been minimized as “toxic relationships,” “communication problems,” or emotional conflict. But survivors know the truth. What they experienced was a deliberate system of coercive control designed to break identity, dependency, perception, autonomy, and ultimately the human spirit itself. That is why the framework established in Voiceless No More: The Legal War on Narcissistic Abuse by Daniel Ryan Cotler reframes this pattern as Narcissistic Psychological Warfare.

The book introduces the Eight Stages of Narcissistic Psychological Warfare:

1. Indoctrination

2. Psychological Breakdown

3. Psychological Enslavement

4. Mental Reprogramming

5. Psychological Punishment

6. Psychological Submission

7. Psychological Captivity

8. Destruction and Erasure

These stages were created to give survivors language for what they lived through and to help systems begin recognizing these patterns as structured, escalating forms of psychological harm rather than isolated incidents.

The framework also introduces concepts including Constructive Fraud of Intimacy, Trauma Encoded Dependency, Coerced Defensive Aggression, Neurological Battery, and Psychological Homicide to explain the mechanisms and outcomes of prolonged coercive psychological abuse.

This movement exists for every survivor who was erased, discredited, institutionalized, abandoned, or pushed to the brink while their abuser walked away appearing believable, calm, and untouched.

And for those who did not survive, we will continue making sure they are Voiceless No More.

The momentum is growing. The awareness is spreading. And we are not stopping here.
