Update!! We made it to 200 Signatures!! Let's get to 500!!!!

Thank you to all who have signed and shared! We appreciate it more than you will ever know! There are many good reasons to sign this petition! 

The tenants of Hamden and all of Connecticut (and the world) are done being abused and harassed by slumlords who develop new "legal" ways of sucking us dry of every penny we have earned. 

Some of our tenants have paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in "PET RENT" - the landlord charges us monthly - $30 per EACH CAT and $50 per EACH DOG. 

Again, this is legal. Most people can be decent and not take advantage of people who have literally nothing, but other realize we have no representation and they think that means they can shit on us every chance they get. 

Because they have no conscience, we all have to BE THEIR CONSCIENCE and protect ourselves and others. We pay our rent, we work, we live, we have families, we love our children, we want to stay in our community that we have build despite the constant efforts of those who would keep us apart. 

Again, we have a lot to do, and your signatures will help us get there. Thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts.
