We have to relive this nightmare all over again. OPD didn't even have the decency to call or notify us before hitting the media & Facebook.  My sister was on the edge of the roadway, this is why the damage is on the passenger side of the vehicle & wore her headphones around her neck. But OPD wants to change the narrative so the driver is not charged. This driver was going at least 45 mph the police report states, the roadway is 30 mph & over the hill is 15 mph. Please help us fight to put laws in place for pedestrians & bus stops nationwide.
