I was at the Wisconsin State Capital to give Henry a voice and to reintroduce the Extreme Risk Protection Order/Red Flag Law. When we think about gun violence, what we know is that extreme anger, hatred and violence can motivate people to hurt or kill others. Too many people think gun violence is an urban problem and it’s only happening in those communities.
