Emmanuel’s Law – Fact Sheet ■ Case Snapshot: Baby Emmanuel Haro • 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro of Cabazon, CA, reported missing on August 14, 2025. • Parents Rebecca and Jake Haro arrested for murder and filing a false police report. • Investigators revealed Emmanuel died from ongoing abuse.
