We are fighting for this petition because too many children are being hurt by repeat offenders. Research shows that a large number of convicted child abusers go on to abuse again — and every time, it’s an innocent child who pays the price. This petition is about protecting children before it’s too late. Emmanuel’s story shows the urgent need for change: no parent or caregiver convicted of abusing a child should ever have the chance to do it again.
