Clarification about donating...

Hello supporters, Some of you may have noticed that our donation platform was down yesterday. This was a nationwide outage and affected many other people aside from us. However, IT IS BACK UP AND RUNNING! I noticed several people commenting on Saturday's update that they could not donate towards unseating Bobby Orrock and other obstructionists because they did not live in Virginia. PLEASE NOTE!
