Hello Supporters, I'm happy to report that SB872, our bill to prohibit tethering when the weather is 32 degrees and below, or 85 degrees and above, during a heat advisory, or during a severe weather warning, passed the full Virginia State Senate today with a vote of 33-7. Thank you to everyone who called and emailed their state senators. I have provided video of the reading/vote from earlier today. Now that we've gotten past this hurdle, we still have to go back to the House and get it passed there. Once more information about that becomes available, I will update you. Thank you, as always, for your continued support. Gary
