Hello supporters, I will be doing two television interviews this week; the first will be with NBC12 and the second with WRIC 8. Because the petition is nearing 10,000 signatures, a buzz is starting to surround this need for legislation. I am hoping to stress both the existing problem AND the general resistance to this proposed law (the majority coming from people who keep hunting and farm dogs outside). If time allows, I also want to mention the failed HB 1802 anti-tethering law from this past January and explain why/how that was shot down in the House Agriculture Sub-Committee. Obviously, the goal is to rouse more support from Virginians in the hope that they will pressure their local legislator(s).
