Thank you again to everyone who has signed. We are gaining serious momentum. I ask you to PLEASE share this with every person, rescue, shelter, or group you know in Virginia. The out-of-state and international support is wonderful, but we also want to make sure that Virginians sign this because that is what will matter most to the State lawmakers. Oddly, there has actually been some resistance to this petition from people who believe that certain dogs were bred to be kept outside - and see nothing wrong with leaving their dogs out in freezing temperatures or oppressive heat. Their resistance is the exact reason why this law is needed. Please watch the included video to see why this is so important.
