The full parole review for David Ennis/David Shearing that was to be held in July 2021 has been pushed to September 2021.

A contributing factor to this delay is that this offender has submitted an application for DAY PAROLE! In essence - he is not ready, and is now filing other applications available to him in order to get around a failed full parole decision, but it doesn't stop there.

He can also apply for reduced security (meaning a downgrade from Medium Security to Minimum Security) as well as UTA's (Unescorted Temporary Absence. 

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! If you know someone who has not yet signed, PLEASE implore them to do so. If you wish to express your opposition to ANY applications by this offender to gain any ounce of freedom, please send a letter to the Parole Board of Canada at the following address:
