In the wake of Chinese security law being imposed in Hong Kong, it should be the former sovereign country - the United Kingdom - to take the lead to enforce the Sino-British Joint Declaration. Otherwise, it will be shameful if other countries give a helping hand to Hong Kong people before the UK did so.
