During the Westminster terrorist attack on 22nd of March 2017 the above person, a Deputy Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service watched the attack unfold and a fellow officer get stabbed without discharging his lawful duty and intervening, he is reported to have locked the car door and watched the incident unfold. He does not deserve his knighthood and is unfit to occupy his public office.

As an ex police officer, I honestly feel that any of my former colleagues would have intervened, even as an ex police officer I would have done.
