The northern shore of Cable Bay on Galiano Island is for sale for 2.1 million dollars, this valuable piece of shoreline will be lost if luxury houses are built on it. We ask Parks Canada to include Galiano in its Gulf Islands National Park framework and to purchase Cable Bay North. Likewise we ask our member of Parliament, Elizabeth May, to raise the matter in Ottawa, and to gain support for the idea.
