Public meeting update

So, the issue was discussed at Leith Central CC tonight, briefly. Im slightly unclear about what the outcome was, I think the outcome is that the matter needs to be explored further in due course. The meeting was divided about the issue, some speaking in favour of a cpzs and some against. An interesting point was raised by one Community Councillor that just because over six hundred people sign a petition against something doesn't mean it isn't in the community interest to go ahead with it. The best thing to do is to continue letting Leith Central Community Council know your thoughts by signing the petition and by visiting their website to sign up for updates, that way you can follow their agendas & minutes. http://www.leithcentralcc.co.uk
