Some parents always compare the talent and quality of their children with other because they thought by this her or his children can improve herself but parent unable to understand what a children feel .My friend parents always compare my friend from others which force my friend to go in depression . 

Always demotivating a kid is not a good thing because by this thing the mind and feeling of  children get affect a lot negatively .

sometimes teacher too demotivate the children by punish her in the classroom in front of her friends .
