So far this season there have been two documented occasions where racial slurs have been hurled at childrren/players, from other kids and parents in the stands. Manchester vs Long branch game and Fords vs Manalapan. This is very upsetting and once again should not take place at our youth events. In my opinion the league is not doing anything proactive to make sure these issues get taken care of. Everyone signs a code of conduct clause and the penalties are spelled out, but rarley enforced. The league is responsible for the well being of our children and are failing. The league president must step down for his inaction of these events. This is not the first time these issues have arisen in this league
