It's my daughters 8th birthday tomorrow. It will be the first time ever that I can't see her on her birthday. She lived solely with me from the age of 2 then last June my ex refused to bring her home then gave her to my sister. All following up from an anonymous report to social services. Was either my ex or sister that did it. Social came closed the case. Then it happened again the social worker came back after another report, again no issues. Then to top off, the social worker aided and supported the abduction. Had a terrible report from cafcass which I put a complaint in as cafcass didn't ring me when they were supposed to so they didn't once speak to m.

I tried several times to get in touch with the worker to no avail to then get a bad report

I rang back and finally got hold of her she was very very rude and shouted at me for no reason. I really hope that was recorded. I decided to take my ex to court originally to get my daughter back and on the eve of the night before my hearing, all 4 car tyres were slashed and tins of white paint thrown all over the car and windows. I didn't manage to get to court so emailed them evidence but they closed the case. Then I found out my sister had my daughter and her and my ex had schemed all of this. So my sister taking me to court, we had a heating, section 7 report was ordered and I agreed for my daughter to stay with my sister as they had changed her schools and changed her whole life and she was settled. That took a while though as I know she wanted to come home.

Section 7 report came on Thursday and it's horrific. It's all hear say and he said she said. Not a shed of evidence to back anything up as I was accused of using drugs taking her out in the night etc. I smoke weed as it helps with the pain of my feet. I was born with club feet. They said I was doing hard drugs. So I agreed I would use turning point and there services. They were in the section 7 report and it stated my last drug test was negative, yet the corrsrupt social worker has put she recommends they order me to hair strand testing and no face to face contact for another 6 months and to carry on having fortnightly facetime. My sister had said my daughter doesn't want to ring and plays her up after each time they call.
That is a lie the last call we had, 2 mins of putting the phone down there was 2 funny poses pictures sent to me with a message saying sienna told me I had to send three to you. They all know that the way they went round it all any judge in the land would say u can't just take a child away and keep her because u want to. So there trying every single thing poss to accuse me off. All with not a shred of evidence. Back in court in 2 weeks so I've got to try and put a complaint in about the report and put all my issues in writing to the court. What's the betting the letter mysteriously vanishes.

I can see why so many dads have committed suicide.
