Hey everyone! It’s been awhile. First of all, the Supreme Court’s ruling, while it’s horrible, doesn’t affect Timothy’s case.

The main reason why I’m updating you all is because I realized when I had first made this petition over a year ago, there was a lot of very important information that I didn’t realize I had left out. For example: Keith Ellison, who is the AG of Minnesota, was Timothy’s attorney and I went into detail in the petition just now to clarify about how Keith didn’t focus at all on Timothy’s innocence, rather just who was behind the hit. He really did drop the ball and Timothy’s still in prison because of that.
