First off a big thank you to everyone who has supported the petition so far. 2nd we have fantastic news. The Alabama Supreme Court of Criminal Appeals have granted Ben’s defense team oral arguments. This will give his defense team a chance to speak on testimony that the Jury was not allowed to hear as well as testimony on the politically motivated attack on Ben.
