A corrupt attorney who sabotaged Brian's appeals for untimely filed dismissals, this Attorney named FRED DEMPSEY SMITH of Martinsville, VA had acknowledged that Brian Hill was innocent of his charge all along according to the secretly recorded conversation (legal under one party consent, THE SECRET RECORDING!!!!!!) but this attorney gave Brian a bridge to nowhere by saying that Brian can do a petition for the writ of actual innocence. Brian said he tried and failed because the statute only applies to felony convictions and not misdemeanors. Then the corrupt lying attorney told Brian that it was the law that he is convicted for a crime he is innocent of. NO IT IS NOT THE LAW TO CONVICT AN INNOCENT MAN. IT IS CORRUPTION, CORRUPTION, FRAUD, and malfeasance. The Virginia State Bar rules said it is unethical to convict an innocent man, to try to prosecute a man/woman where there lacks probable cause. Convicting an innocent man is unethical even at the state level of the BAR standards, the BAR Association. See the article and series of articles written this month. Brian's attorney in a SECRET RECORDING did admit that Brian was innocent but has no means to have his conviction overturned, oh no, too bad, so sad, take a hike. NO, WE SAY NO to the corrupt Judge and corrupt lawyer that basically tells Brian he is screwed because they want him permanently convicted with no legal means of overturning his wrongful conviction on some statutory technicality or some other BS.
