The issue
The Emu is Australia's National Bird. This one is being held captive by a man who is abusing him. These pictures show the emu is being held in a cramped cage where he is unable to even stand. The bird is for sale for $120.00US.
He needs to be rescued and taken to a Wildlife Sanctuary where he can be appropriately cared for, and even live with other Emu's.
Please support this petition and let Paragould Police Department know how important it is to the people that they investigate this man and ensure he is unable to abuse this emu, and other animals any longer.
