The Fontina Grilled Cheese at Panera is an amazing winter sandwich that many have been waiting until winter to order, but now that it is off the menu no one can experience the greatness of the fontina grilled cheese. I think it is a travesty to take this amazing menu item off of the menu just because it is a high calorie item and contains artificial ingredients, when in moderation it is okay to have these things. I ask Panera to make the necessary adjustments to the fontina grilled cheese to meet their new food qualifications or just put it back on the menu for the happiness of their customers.
