An ECI is a formal mechanism of the European Union – this means that in some countries, including Spain, you will have to add your national ID number – this is held securely and destroyed as soon as the signatures are validated. Only nationals of member states of the European Union can sign – and it’s crucial that you do so that together, we can end animal testing.
