Our own school board is actively trying to silence us parents.  Our school board members who we elected no longer want us to come give input at public meetings.  They are currently working to draft rules banning parents and tax paying involved residents from coming and speaking publicly at our own meetings.  They actually believe we hinder their ability to get work accomplished.  In reality, their REAL JOB IS to listen to us, the top of the Palm Beach County School District organizational chart and implement policies based on what we want!!.  They work for us.  Please call all legislatures in FLORIDA and say you want them to support Senate Bill1300  by Senator Gruters. If we don't become very active in support  of SB 1300 none of us will be allowed to speak at our own school board meetings. Here is a link to learn more:
