In 2018 the issues at the highest levels of the Pac12 conference have been pushed into the spotlight. Lack of competitiveness in the #1 college sport, lavish spending on and by executives, inability to provide expanded coverage through media as well as ethical issues including Woddie Dixon inserting himself into replays have brought into question the direction of the conference. A full, third party investigation initiated by the presidents of the member schools is needed in order to verify the conference is headed in the right direction and Larry Scott is the person to do it.
