Kaine Louzader of St. Peter’s Missouri was arrested for killing and mutilating cats and kittens that he gets off of craigslist since January 2019. This is not the first time he has done this and I’m asking for your help in ensuring he gets the maximum penalty possible if proven guilty. The acts that he committed were evil, torturous and vile. The suffering that these innocent animals endured is unimaginable and heart wrenching. I feel this is only the beginning for this sick individual and that he is capable of much more and much worse. I am truly frightened by his capabilities and his presence in our community. We need him off the streets for as along as possible and your signature can help us do that.
