Department of Child Support Services ( or in most cases Department of Child Endangerment Services) is a debt collection agency that use the child as a human shield , in order to camouflage itself and violate every law of the land in order to extort money. As the result, it commits TYRANNY, OPPRESSION, REPRESSION, SUPPRESSION, MANIPULATION, INTIMIDATION, DISCRIMINATION, CORRUPTION, AND EXTORTION AND VIOLATION OF INALIENABLE RIGHTS AND 14TH AMENDMENT.

This unconstitutional and brutal act of inner governmental agency brings financial devastation and emotional distress and depression and buries the father in a mountain of debt with no way to recover. Their actions, separates, Alienates, and disintegrate the relationship of father with the child.

There must be a better solution than what currently being exercised above.

The DCSS has no Mechanism in place to hold the both mother and father responsible towards their moral obligations in upbringing of their children , but, assumes delinquency constitute irresponsibility and therefore guilt and has given itself the police power to punish non custodian delinquent parents without due process.This policy of injecting fear in the heart of delinquent parent can be labeled as act of terror. Time has come that DCSS to cease and desist all THEIR vicious and inhuman methods of collection practices and fear mongering and REPLACE it  with education in moral values and THE MORAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BOTH PARENTS  towards their CHILD/ERN. through MORAL EDUCATION ,mandatory group therapy, remove animosity and differences between father and mother,  and completion of a moral aptitude test and only punish the parents for the violation of their moral obligations and lack of moral responsibilities in the life of their children.This approach will eliminate double standards, prejudice and discrimination, social injustice with much more positive outcome .

The Use of Force must be implemented after the verdict of guilty reached from a due process.
