Witney residents are concerned to learn that the future of Deer Park Medical Centre is currently under threat following the recent tender process which has resulted in no-one being awarded the contract to operate the centre. The official position is that discussions are currently underway between the Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group and NHS England as to its future. We are deeply worried for the 4,500 patients registered there and the impact that a possible closure could have on other surgeries in Witney.
