Tell Oxford College to keep bird protection on JRC windows year round

The Issue

Oxford College of Emory University has again let birds die due to negligence. The college is supposed to put up bird protection to prevent birds from flying into JRC windows and dying. They have failed to put them up in time leading to the death of about 20 Cedar Waxwings. Window bird protection is inexpensive and easy to install. Tell Oxford College to keep permanent bird paper/tape on the JRC windows and any other windows that can cause this problem.
