I have started another petition for Jahar regarding the cruel and unusual punishment he has suffered by being placed under SAMs (special administrative measures ) for the last decade. This means he is under severe restrictions and not allowed to correspond with anyone outside of his immediate family and legal team . 

SAMs has been regarded as a form of torture under international human rights law , and I believe Jahar is being unfairly discriminated against due to his Muslim background . Please sign the petition below and make sure to share it with your networks !
