This sweet 9 month old baby boy,  Marley, was killed as I spoke to a kind,  serious potential foster (speaking already about possibly becoming a failed foster...ie.adopter). 

Marley was scared and for good reason.  Not enough time to get you out of that horrid place little one.  I'm so sorry we all failed you.  You were full of love and joy outside, and scared to death, literally,  at this KILL SHELTER...so many others with you this week.  I can't imagine the terror.
