The Garon case is coming up again in February.  It has been continued over and over again (that means pushed down the road).  This was the horrific case, one of the most awful law enforcement, stated they saw.  The DA had not yet decided to go to trail or do a plea bargain.  That's good.   BUT the Assistant DA is wavering from political and monetary pressure to the best of my knowledge.  Please look up this Naples, FL case of animal torture (See post below) and SIGN and SHARE this Petition for stricter animal abuse laws.  You may read case posted months ago,  below.
