This poor dog is one of about 5,500 healthy sweet dogs killed in US shelters each day. The sad part here, as in many cases, is that there were numerous offers to help this dog, yet the so called "shelter" killed this baby instead.  It is not just the horrid and wrong killing, but the torture and fear imposed on this baby and others before they are dragged to their death.
