BARC gets funding from Best Friends Animal Society, which funds BARC uses to spay and neuter these babies solely to be sure they get funding the following year. It's use it or lose it. So, these poor dogs, put in the back so no one can get to them, are put through surgery to be killed right after.  Today there are another 36 on the kill list, including one kitty. Not a chance in the world to save but to expose and share folks.
