This pup was not given time to be rescued.  BARC at it again, yet looking for volunteers. They muzzeled this poor, boy, too weak to walk let alone anything else, and killed him because the arbitrary and very little time they gave him to be adopted without medical attention, sticking him in the back, didn't give him a chance.

Did you know that pups can recover from parvo and heartworm quickly. Good enough for adoption but wonder how much they got to kill this poor, good dog.

And, they are looking for unpaid volunteers again.
