First this is an admission that the former ban never took place so what guarantees do we have that this one will.

The date of start is 1st of June. Why are we waiting for 2 weeks.  The perpetrators of the killings did not give their victims any time notice. The ban should be with immediate effect 

Is there any reason why government is afraid to lean heavily into this matter like they should?

Politics should not come before the lives and security of the people of this state.
