Please be aware of and submit any helpful comments you may have for Brendan Depa, who soon will be facing a sentencing hearing. He has already plead "no contest" to assault on a school employee. Below is are links to an interview his mother has made. Mrs. Depa better explains her son's ordeal far better than I can. In my humble opinion, it is clear that his IEP was not followed.
