Strict punishment against BJP MLA, who is responsible for death of Shaktiman Horse.
The Issue
As you all know about the recent incident went viral, Horse Shaktiman Brutally beaten up by BJP MLA during the political rally.
He died on Wednesday 20/04/2016, I sincerely demand strict punishment for all those responsible for the death of an innocent animal.
The punishment should be as severe as it's given for the death of human being. Need immediate action on this by law inforce to safe guard the rights of animals.
