Clackamas county and Oregon Fish and Wildlife have decided to kill ALL cougars to test their blood and identify the ONE cougar that attacked a human. 

Instead, I petition to have them under anesthesia, rather than killed, to get their blood humanely to test the dna and release the ones that test negative match.

THIS IS THE FIRST COUGAR ATTACK IN OREGON HISTORY.
