Dear Friends of Wild Steelhead, 

Thank you so much for signing and sharing the petition for wild steelhead catch and release for Southwest Oregon! As of now, over 9,000 people have signed in support. I believe if we keep sharing this petition we can hit 10,000, which would be huge! Thank you so much - your signatures matter!

I am also asking for your help to show up in person. When I went before the Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission last year just a handful of good folks joined me. With only a few supporters in person, the Commission cared and took some action (which I appreciate!), but they didn't see the massive support for wild steelhead catch and release that currently exists.  

This year I need the help of 50 people to show up at the meeting and make sure that the Commissioners, who can make the new regulation happen, understand that it is very well supported.

The meeting is at 8am on Friday, December 6th in Salem, OR at the Oregon Fish and Wildlife headquarters.
