We had our final court date this morning! 30 anti-racists rallied and packed the courtroom. For Hugo and Nicole, the charges were dimissed. For Mark, he entered a plea of no contest and after one year he can get the conviction expunged. This is not perfect. We know that the criminal INjustice system is racist. Nonetheless, this is a victory for workers and anti-racist fighters! After being attacked by the Klan, the cops, and the courts, we were able to organize and fight back. Without your petition signatures, donations, and especially your presence at the courts dates, the DA would not have offered this deal. Thank you for all your support!
