Update of Petition Language

Thank you supporters.  I just want to give updates about this issue:

First, I was corrected by one of the owners of the property that the property is already zoned for business; however, they have requested a "Conditional Use" for this property (to be used as a tactical facility versus being used as a private swim club in the past).

Secondly, there is still a yet-to-be scheduled public hearing before the council regarding the granting/approval of the request for "use" change.

If/when I hear of the scheduled hearing date:  I will submit this petition.
