The company intending to buy the building at 1851 Old Donation Parkway and turn it into a drug and alcohol rehab facility backed out after the flood of community opposition. The building has since been sold and is now an assisted living and memory care facility. This use of the building is covered under the existing conditional use permit so it did not need to go back to the planning commission. May the new business stay in this location for many years.
