We are opposed to the City of Oak Ridge building a new preschool at Scarboro Park. We need a comprehensive vision for Scarboro that reflects the hopes and dreams of the community.  We would like city council to start over, create a shared vision, listen to the residents, and then site the preschool separately. Maybe something else is better suited for the site in question.
