Due to the hard work of many community members in the West Side Bethlehem neighborhood and the courageous members of the Bethlehem zoning board, the developer had his variance requests denied on 11/19/2025. The citizens of Bethlehem are sick of developers pushing profits over safety! This is a win for concerned citizens and proof that developing lots is easy... IF... you do so within the confines of established laws! Congrats to everyone who worked hard on this issue.
