Please describe the "extraordinary" circumstances that you think would justify granting your petition for clemency.

David Lennons response: I think the way I have conducted myself over the past decade, and the changes I have made to become a better person, are noteworthy and extraordinary. The help and hope I have given to others, through programs, education, and guidance are extraordinary and my absolute accountability and remorse are extraordinary. I believe my petition goes into more details on service to others, like the AmeriCorp program and more than 14 years tutoring students, speaks to that. 

Please describe your rehabilitation efforts after your conviction if any?

David Lennons response: I have spent decades in educational attainments and been a TA for many teachers in many different disciplines. I have completed many programs dealing with issues of violence, and restorative justice. Some of these were cultural programs in areas of racial inequality, like those offered through the Black Prisoners Caucus, or Natie American cultural expression, or Asian Pacific Islanders historical justice wars. I have tried to be a part of the world inhabited by those that are often "others" in this country, and the world. I have worked "me" in this way. 

I'm saying THESE ARE NOT CAUSES FOR RELEASE, THESE ARE NOT EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES, THESE ARE NOT REHABILITATION EFFORTS.

David Lennon faked multiple personality disorder and was labeled malingering and feigning mental illness to evade his conviction of murder and the consequences. David Lennon is charismatic and dangerous. 38 YEARS IN PRISON AND HE HASN'T HAD PSYCHIATIRIC THERAPY OR A MAJOR PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION... but they voted he is fit to be released into Washington States society.
