*REQUESTED ACTION*  - Please attend the Bedford Planning Board meeting scheduled for 6/1/2026 at 6:30pm EST. 

Hi All - 

This evening the Conservation Commission unanimously recommended the proposed Merrill Farm Development off of Wallace Road to NOT be approved.  It's important to note, this is only a recommendation to the Bedford Planning Board. The final decision will ultimately be made by the Planning Board. The next Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, 6/1/2026 at 6:30pm EST. Should the Planning Board decide to approve the development, the Conservation Commission did offer suggestions to minimize overall impact.
