The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) hearing at City Hall scheduled for Dec 15th at 2pm for the proposed cannabis dispensary located at 620 N Fairbanks has been postponed again and will be rescheduled. The dispensary applicant will be asking for yet another continuance.  We will post an update once we know the new date for the hearing.

That means there is still time to email a letter of opposition to Alderman Hopkins & the ZBA (see the previous update post) and spread the word about this petition!
