The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) hearing at City Hall scheduled for Oct 20th for the proposed cannabis dispensary located at 620 N Fairbanks has been postponed and will be rescheduled. The dispensary applicant has asked for yet another continuance.  We will post an update once we know the new date for the hearing.

There is still time to email a letter of opposition to Alderman Hopkins & the ZBA (see the previous update post)!
